Did you know that making rice a part of your regular diet will actually help with your weight? It’s true! According to Nutrition Today, people who made rice part of their daily diet weighed less than those who don’t consume this grain regularly.
This grain is not only filled with fiber and nutrients but rice is more likely to be paired with veggies and lean protein. Consider some of the dishes rice is used in such as sushi and stir-fries are some of the nutritious ones that come to mind. Of course, we all know that everything is healthy in moderation but we thought this was a fun fact to share.
