    Onions make me cry! But here’s my situation, I sneeze every morning after a wake up. I’m allergic to pollens and dusts. I’ll try this. Hope it helps.

    I love onions. I must add that since incorporating more fresh foods into my diet I am noticing that allergies, aches and pains and minor illnesses are kept at bay.
