Do you remember the Mary Poppin’s Song….A Teaspoon a Sugar? She sang it to get the children to take their medicine. However, did you know that a teaspoon of honey can truly benefit you?

Honey has amazing healing properties mainly because it contains 100% natural sugars. These natural sugars are safe and effective and will give you an energy boost. But did you know that honey is also good for your skin? Eating a teaspoon of honey every day will help with your skin, your circulation and the cells of your body due to the high amounts of antioxidants.

    Agree with you 100% about the health benefits of honey but would like to add that if possible get local, organic raw honey for guaranteed goodness as there is quite a lot of poor quality honey imports around.
    Expect to hear more about honey if the antibiotics run out!
