Strawberry Mango Coconut Smoothie

Strawberry Mango Coconut Smoothie

Perhaps one of the most refreshing drinks you can have in the summer months that is also healthy, is a smoothie. Of course, some smoothies are not very healthy but if you are making them yourself you can determine what ingredients to add. This particular smoothie recipe combines two of my favorite fruits, strawberries and mangoes. It can be adapted to your liking so if you don’t care for coconut milk, you can add almond milk or soy milk. The variations are endless! Enjoy!!

Love any smoothie with strawberry in it. Try peach or banana instead of mango… delicious!

This looks delicious. Smoothie without mango is not a smoothie. Just my opinion.
