    Very useful information on foods that will cause a reduction in stress. For many over-weight people the consumption of food itself is comforting. The trick for them is to find some treatment which will decrease the urge to eat while also fulfilling the comfort factor!

    Nuts are a great source of valuable nutrients….you missed of Brazil Nuts…..they contain Serotonin (or something that helps the production of), which is the ‘feel good’ drug for the brain.
    Almonds as you have in your article are also one of the health superfood ‘big hitters’.
